Refund policy

We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, choosing the wrong size or color, entering an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, or receiving an item that matches the product listing but not a personal expectation. This doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue.

Please don't send an item to Apliiq or any other address unless we give you written return instructions. We'll review the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law. If we ask you to return an item because it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping.

If we approve a refund, we'll issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.

Request a cancellation immediately. We can't guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted because production may begin right away.
